Ryan Orsi - VP Tools & Services

Ryan runs our Software Tools and Engineering Services businesses here at DockOn. He is passionate about innovation and our Antenna Design Services - he promotes the business, really takes the time to get to know our customers, and gets personally engaged in every project.

For Ryan, it was the innovation and excitement that attracted him to DockOn back in 2009, and he has been helping to attract more amazing people since. Ryan loves the fact that DockOn gives the whole team the chance of making a real impact on wireless technology.

Ryan believes that roots define your personality, and refers to his childhood in northern CA (Ukiah) as 'growing up in Mayberry' - he even married his high school sweetheart!

Jonathan Bringuier - Principal Engineer/Program Manager

Jonathan is responsible for managing embedded/integrated multi-antenna design and development for WiFi, GPS, and various other technologies. Additional responsibilities include multinational customer support, organizing engineering workflow processes, and setting timelines for deliverables. Typical platforms included access point routers, USB dongles, tablets, and laptops.

Jonathan enjoys working in a very energetic workplace with a consistent influx of interesting and challenging engineering problems to be solved - so he fits right in at DockOn. Jonathans biggest passion at DockOn is the team always being in direct exposure to the latest wireless innovations, and being able to continually push the boundaries of what is achievable with DockOn technologies. Jonathan played college baseball before becoming an engineer so is very competitive by nature. He continues to be an avid baseball fan, as well as a guitar enthusiast who enjoys playing and collecting them as a hobby.

Matt Foster - Antenna Design Engineer

Matt assists in the design and implementation of antennas for all ranges of wireless devices. Matt enjoys the team spirit at DockOn, the best and brightest individuals all working together to create products that surpass our competition. The DockOn team is still fairly small, so Matt gets exposure to a host of other roles and different kinds of technology. When Matt is not working on the next big antenna design, you will find him skateboarding and home brewing.

Grant Kumataka - Antenna Application Engineer

Grant supports our antenna design team - integrating, testing and optimizing antennas for wireless devices. For Grant, the attraction to DockOn is that he gets to work with a broad-minded team inspiring new ideas to be implemented into commercial products, this coupled with a very exciting startup environment. Grant has a twin. When he's not at work you will find Grand mountain biking on the local San Diego trails.

Richard Olesco - Antenna Integration Engineer

Richard is our lead engineer in assigned projects, connecting with customers both local and abroad. Richard is very creative, which works well at DockOn as we continuously encourage creativity in everything we do. With a real team spirit, and all suggestions related to projects and the office considered, Richard believes there is so much potential for him and the rest of the the team to grow.

Bryan Justice - Antenna Integration Engineer

Bryan is involved in the development of emerging antenna technology through performing radiation pattern characterization, OTA test evaluation, report preparation/analysis, prototyping/assembly, design optimization, and providing technical support for customers. Bryan gets to work on really big ideas, with a talented and energetic team here at DockOn. The biggest reward for Bryan is connecting with our customers to help maximize the performance of their products, and enhancing the wireless experience of the user. And he gets to drink really good coffee. Outside of work, you can find Bryan getting his antenna fix by racing radio-controlled cars.

Adonis Perez - Test Technician

Don is in charge of our awesome satimo chamber. He manages the daily reference checks, and monthly calibration to ensure we get the best performance for our antenna testing. In fact, we believe if we could fit a bed and coffee machine in the chamber, Don would probably move in! Don is also responsible for the throughput data testing. For Don, as well as his passion for our satimo chamber, he enjoys working in the DockOn team as "the people are easy to get along with." In fact, Don is on record as saying "this is the best job ever" - not really much we need to add to that!

Alex Huang - Field Application Engineer

Alex is based in Taiwan, and manages our customers' technical queries, including prototyping and fine tuning the CPL Antenna designed in San Diego, and carrying out measurements in Taiwan. Alex has only recently joined the DockOn team, and already he has had the opportunity to find solutions for different technical problems, and worked on the CPL Antenna for practical products. For Alex, the best part of working at DockOn - other than the awesome team, is that he manages all the lab works in Taiwan, to ensure all our Antenna's are produced to their optimal levels.
